To Replace The Hose On Philips PerfectCare Performer GC8712/20 Iron Will Cost $80

I am a user of the Philips GC8712/20 perfect care Performer steam generator iron. I took it to the service because the iron didn't steam. They said that the hose through which the steam passes should be changed for the solution. It's calcified inside. Normally, cleaning processes were always done when the iron gave a lime warning. In short, there is no use-related issue. However, Philips does not have a solution to prevent the hose from calcifying over time. Service wants me to pay 80 USD for hose replacement. Brand new and better Philips GC8735/85 perfect care Performer Steam Generator Iron is about 140 USD in the market. I can't get a new one right now, and I can't get the old one done at this price.
