Philips XC7043/01 Cordless Vacuum Handle Broke Under Warranty

I purchased a Philips XC7043/01 upright vacuum cleaner from Hepsiburada on 24.03.2024, and my product is still under warranty. Despite using it carefully, the handle of the vacuum suddenly broke on 28.02.2026 while I was simply vacuuming crumbs from the floor during normal use. I did not hit or drop the device; it just snapped during regular use, which I find unacceptable for a product of this price and under warranty. My order number is 354 223 663. I have contacted customer service in writing about this issue, but have not yet received any response. I feel victimized because I cannot use the product properly, even though the warranty period continues. I kindly request that my vacuum cleaner be repaired under warranty or that the handle be replaced free of charge, or if this is not possible, that the product be replaced with a new one so that my grievance is resolved as soon as possible.
