Philips TV Screen Mirroring Problem

My Philips TV won't mirror the screen even though I have turned on all the WiFi and Bluetooth settings and it is connected to the same network. I've tried everything - YouTube, Google Home, Smart View - but I can't connect, and the device screen won't mirror. I have the same problem with my 49pus7101/12 model. I've checked for any updates, but it looks like there aren't any pending ones. It seems like this is a problem that keeps happening with the same TVs. I really need a solution right now. I've tried to mirror the TV screen from both iOS and Android devices, but it hasn't worked.
