Philips LatteGo Coffee Machine Shows Chronic Brew Unit Issue

I use a Philips 5500 LatteGo coffee machine. While trying to remove the brew unit exactly as described in the user manual, a small plastic part fell out from inside the machine.
There was no force or improper use involved. After researching the issue, I found that many users of the same model have experienced the same problem while removing the brew unit, and this issue is frequently mentioned as a chronic defect.
I believe this problem is not caused by user error, but rather stems from a structural or manufacturing defect in the product. I am requesting that this issue be resolved through a free replacement of the part or a free repair.
I expect Philips to provide a permanent solution to this issue—one that does not cause inconvenience or hardship for the user.
