Philip Morris Did Not Allow Me to Pay by Credit Card for My Purchase
I have been selling Philip Morris products in my store located in the Yunusemre district of Manisa for a long time. However, payments for product purchases are not accepted by credit card and can only be made in cash or by bank transfer. Most recently, I had to complete a purchase of over ₺30,000 via bank transfer. After the payment, I received the invoice and receipt without any issue in the documents. Still, the lack of a credit card payment option for such high-value purchases both puts me at a disadvantage as a customer and makes the purchasing process more difficult. Especially under current conditions, I believe that offering the option to pay by credit card is important both legally and in terms of customer satisfaction. My expectation from Philip Morris and the relevant store is that the credit card payment option be made available to customers as soon as possible.
