Boyner Has Limited Payment Options and Long Waits
When I got to the cashier, I was told that your Yapı Kredi POS device can only handle one payment at a time. In this case, it was especially annoying because I had just bought something worth 10,000 liras. It was disappointing to wait 45 minutes in line at the register only to be told that payments could not be made over time. I know that technical problems can happen, but it's not clear why there isn't a proactive solution or set of steps to deal with these problems. Why hasn't anything been done to stop this from happening, even if we assume that the system is only for one-time payments? Here, customers have to pay big amounts all at once, which might not be good for everyone.
