Muratti Rosso Cigarettes Have Recurring Bad Taste Issue Across Batches


I have been using Muratti Rosso cigarettes for a long time, and since around 02.01.2025 I have been experiencing a serious and recurring taste defect in the packs I purchase. For a while the taste is bad, then it returns to normal, and then the same problem starts again. In particular, the cigarettes dated 10.02.2025 had a noticeably different and unpleasant taste, while those dated 08.14.2025 tasted normal. Most recently, in the Muratti Rosso cigarettes with a production date of 11.09.2025 and code TA26525421—I encountered the same defective taste again. I have been dealing with this issue for months. I have written everywhere and called many times, yet the problem is still not resolved. I even escalated the matter to Presidential Communications Center, but still did not receive a permanent solution. I no longer believe this is a coincidence and request a thorough investigation of the relevant production batches. I want a clear explanation of the cause of the taste difference and for the necessary quality control processes to be carried out so that this issue is permanently resolved.
