Pfizer Failed to Answer Calls Regarding Missing Genotropin 12 mg Injection Needles

Because the pen needles we use for Pfizer's Genotropin 12 mg ran out, I have been calling customer service repeatedly since this morning, but I have been completely unable to get an answer. This level of unreachability and indifference is entirely unacceptable for a major company of this stature.

I demand that Pfizer contact us as soon as possible and dispatch the necessary pen needles to our home address once we establish contact with the customer service line.
