Peugeot Refused AdBlue Repair on My 2018 308 16 BlueHDi Despite Global Support

I requested a free repair from Peugeot headquarters due to the AdBlue failure in my 2018 Peugeot 308 1.6 BlueHDi. Abroad, vehicles up to 5 years old and within a certain mileage are eligible for free repairs or up to a 90% discount. I provided all the necessary documentation and explained the situation clearly. However, Peugeot Turkey, with its so-called high-quality service approach, refused to provide free or discounted repairs because I had delayed maintenance in 2020 due to the Covid-19 curfew. Yet, in other countries, this service is provided regardless of where the maintenance was done—even those who already paid are refunded. Peugeot Turkey, you are obligated to provide the same service.
