Peugeot Has Not Delivered My Vehicle Despite 20 Days of Waiting

I made the payment for my Peugeot vehicle on December 19, yet it still hasn’t been delivered. How can it take 20 days to deliver a car? The dealership said the vehicle is waiting at the Haydarpaşa port. I called Peugeot's main office three times, and only on the third attempt did they respond, saying the software is being installed on the car but couldn’t provide a delivery date. I called an additional 5–6 times after that, but no one has followed up or called me back. I paid ₺1.7 million for a brand-new car, yet the process feels like hitting a brick wall, and the dealership can’t do anything either. Ms. M*** from Peugeot's main office, could you please kindly get back to me? I just want to receive my car! I already regret choosing Peugeot, even before the vehicle has arrived.
