Peugeot e3008 Delivered Without Promised Floor Mats in Contract

On January 21, 2026, we purchased a Peugeot e3008 from the Kahyaoğulları Peugeot dealership in İzmir, albeit with some difficulty. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, we noticed that there were no floor mats. We were informed that the floor mats were included in the equipment package, but that they were not in stock at that moment, and that they would contact us later when they arrived. Although the sales contract clearly states that the floor mats are part of the equipment, we have not received any communication from the dealership or any other channel up to now. Today, we received a call from Ms. Z. from Peugeot Turkey, who informed us that they would not be able to supply the floor mats, and instead offered a gift voucher, stating that we should purchase the mats ourselves from outside. During this conversation, we clearly expressed that we are requesting the floor mats included in the equipment package and that we expect the promised equipment to be provided exactly as stated, yet we were told that no timeframe could be given for the delivery of the floor mats. The fact that such a simple item as floor mats, explicitly included in the sales contract of a Peugeot vehicle, cannot be supplied despite Peugeot being represented in Turkey by a well-established company like TOFAŞ has seriously shaken our trust. This situation makes us worry about how a structure that cannot provide floor mats today will manage the process if a critical and safety-related part is needed in the future. I request that the floor mats, which are included in our contract and were promised to us when purchasing the vehicle, be provided in their original and complete form without any additional cost, and that the inconvenience and loss of trust we have experienced in this process be taken seriously and resolved as a matter of urgency.

Thank you, Peugeot Turkey! They didn't mislead us, still no one has contacted us.
