Peugeot Didn't Register My Extended Warranty and I'm Facing a ₺104,000 Repair Bill

I extended the warranty on my 2021 Peugeot 208 until 100,000 km or 2026 before the original 60,000 km warranty expired. After receiving an "Oil pressure failure" warning from my vehicle, I scheduled an appointment at the Peugeot Arkas İzmir-ÇİĞLİ branch on 24.09.2024, and my car was towed to the service center. Upon inspection, they informed me that the "oil cooler" had exploded, causing several mechanical issues, with a total cost of ₺104,000. I informed them that my vehicle was under warranty, but they claimed there was no warranty in place. When I showed them the documentation of my extended warranty, they said it wasn’t registered in their system. Apparently, when I extended the warranty, they failed to enter it into the factory system and only sent an approval email to France. My file has been waiting for approval for 13 days, but this delay is not my problem. If the warranty had been processed in time, I would have already had my car back. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to take legal action using the documents in my possession.
