Peugeot Dealer Delayed My Car Delivery
Despite making all payments before July 7th at the Nazer Peugeot Gebze dealership, I still haven't received my car due to the branch manager's incompetence. The vehicle was ready, but the manager refused to complete the registration process, citing issues with the car's financing. When I offered to pay in cash to resolve the matter, the manager declined, leaving me in a frustrating limbo after accepting all my payments without finalizing the registration.
The real issue has nothing to do with registration but stems from delayed processes. As a result, I couldn't take delivery of my fully paid vehicle from the dealership. When I escalated the matter to Peugeot Turkey, they merely claimed it was a registration-related problem and offered no solutions. It's disappointing to see both the brand and the dealership failing to take responsibility for their mistakes.
