My company car, a Peugeot Boxer 17m3 with its first registration in December 2022 and registration date in January 2023, was purchased new and currently has 86,400 km. I have had all the maintenance done at the authorized service, yet the vehicle has been experiencing a stalling problem while driving for about 60,000 km. This is a serious issue that poses a significant risk to human life and can lead to major accidents. The authorized service has been unable to resolve the problem, and the vehicle was returned to me with even more issues. Currently, the hill start assist does not work, the start-stop function does not operate, and the tachometer fails when driving in the city, while the stalling issue persists. My company's shipments have come to a halt, forcing me to rely on alternative transportation, which costs me ₺10,000 per day. I expect Peugeot Türkiye to resolve this issue by providing me with a new vehicle. I will pursue all my legal rights.
