Pers Investment Zeroed My Account and Refused to Process a Refund
I was repeatedly called by Pers Investment and eventually told that I needed to deposit a small amount, at least the minimum, to get started. They were very persistent. I ended up depositing ₺4,000, and they opened a trade for me. When the trade started losing value, they asked me to deposit more money. Later, just like in the complaints about Pers Investment, I was told I had opened a wrong trade. Then they opened another trade and claimed I had mistakenly entered an extra zero. I am certain I didn’t make a mistake, but the transactions appeared as they claimed. It’s clear that they intervene to create these outcomes. They have used the same tactics to zero out other accounts as well. I wish I had seen the previous complaints before; I would never have gotten involved. My account was zeroed out, and they told me I needed to deposit ₺160,000 to initiate a refund. Pers Investment is an organized scheme. I have filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office and will also report them to CİMER.

I was repeatedly called by Pers Yatırım, and in the end, they insisted that I needed to deposit at least a small minimum amount to start. They were very persistent. Eventually, I deposited 4,000 TL, and they made me open a trade. Later, they said the trade was going negative and asked me to deposit more money. Just like others who have complained about Pers Yatırım, they claimed I opened the wrong trade. Then, they made me open another trade, and this time they claimed that I had accidentally added an extra zero. I am sure I did not make such a mistake, but the trades appear as they claim. They are clearly manipulating the process.
It seems they tell everyone the same thing and wipe out their accounts. If I had seen others' complaints about this company before, I would have never gotten involved. My account was wiped out, and now they are telling me to "initiate a refund process," for which they claim I need to send 160,000 TL.
Pers Yatırım is an organized structure. I have filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office and will also write to CIMER.
