Pers Investment Poor Customer Service and Withdrawal Problems

One of the biggest problems I encountered while trading with Pers Investment was the inadequacy of their customer service. I had to wait for hours to get any assistance with my issues. Even when they finally responded, the solutions provided were slow and often ineffective. They initially promised immediate support but failed to deliver any meaningful help. This experience highlighted how poorly the process was managed. The worst part, however, was the difficulties I faced during the withdrawal process. When I attempted to withdraw my invested funds, the process was continuously delayed with various excuses. At first, they claimed my transaction was on hold due to "security procedures," then they blamed an issue with my bank. These types of problems seem like deliberate tactics used by Forex firms to victimize investors. My withdrawal request took several weeks to be processed, and while I eventually received my funds, the additional fees and costs almost nullified my profits.
