Pepsi Refuses to Collect Fridge After Staff's Disrespectful Behavior

I am the operator of Osmanlı Döner Konya Hocacihan Mahallesi Hicaz Caddesi No:110/A şubesinde and I have a Pepsi contract and fridge at my workplace. For months, no proper representative had visited us, and on 28.06, your marketer named Celal, who frequently comes to the Osmanlı Döner branch, came and behaved in an unacceptable manner. When Celal came to the workplace, he insisted that we must place a product order, saying that he does not earn anything from us and cannot receive a premium, and he tried to force us to order products. When we reacted and told him that he was answering us harshly, he stated that he was “the king Celal” among marketers and even said that we could complain to wherever we wanted, because Pepsi “belongs to him like a king.” This attitude and style were extremely disrespectful and far from a customer-oriented approach. Afterward, we contacted his supervisor named Sıla. Unfortunately, during our conversation, she repeated similar statements and attitudes, emphasizing that they were Pepsi employees yet still displaying an arrogant and rude behavior despite our reminder that they should be helping customers. Currently the Pepsi fridge is still standing in our workplace at the address Osmanlı Döner Konya Hocacihan Mahallesi Hicaz Caddesi No:110/A, and despite our request to return it, it has not been taken back. We also contacted the relevant authorities and a complaint record was created, but we were told that there was nothing they could do, and no effective solution was offered. I request that the Pepsi fridge at my workplace be taken back as soon as possible and that the inappropriate, disrespectful and threatening attitude of your employee Celal and his supervisor Sıla be formally investigated. I expect a clear explanation and a concrete response regarding the result of this investigation and the pickup of the fridge.
