Yemeksepeti Order Delivered Two Hours Early

On 28.02.2026, I placed an order via Yemeksepeti from Dois Döner for iftar, choosing the 18:45–19:00 delivery time slot. However, my order was delivered to my address in İzmir Buca at 16:50, more than 2 hours before iftar. I order specifically so that I can sit at the iftar table with fresh döner, yet the order is sent 2 hours early and by the time iftar arrives, I am forced to eat a completely cold meal. If I had an oven, I would have to spend extra time reheating it; if I am going to put in that much effort anyway, there is no point in ordering from outside. My order number is kuol-2609-9jr5. After this issue, I was not able to reach Yemeksepeti either via in-app support or by phone. The system constantly redirects me to the order, but I cannot access the relevant order details there either. When I called the restaurant, they informed me that Yemeksepeti had forwarded the order to them in this way and that there was nothing they could do on their side. In other words, I cannot find anyone to take responsibility, neither at the restaurant nor at Yemeksepeti. On a Ramadan day, failing to pay attention even to such a basic delivery time, and on top of that, not being able to reach any support channel, is absolutely unacceptable. I expect the company to compensate for this situation it has created in whatever way it deems appropriate, but above all, I request an urgent improvement to delivery time management and customer support processes and I do not want to be subjected to such a problem again.
