Pegasus Airlines Rescheduled My Flight and Caused Major Inconvenience
As part of our travel plan with Pegasus Airlines between the 19th and 28th, our flight from Ankara to Istanbul, which was originally scheduled to depart at 10:30 AM, was postponed and changed to 12:50 PM. Because of this change in departure time, our planned schedule was disrupted and we experienced a significant loss of time. Due to the inconvenience we faced, we tried to contact customer service but were unable to reach them, and we also spoke with staff at the airport; however, no satisfactory solution was provided. Because of this unilateral change to the flight time, I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience we suffered, a refund of the ticket price, and, if deemed appropriate, additional compensation.
