Pegasus Canceled My Flight PC7692 to Cairo Without Notice
Today, when I arrived at Sabiha Gökçen Airport for my flight to Cairo (PC7692) booked with Pegasus Airlines, I was shocked to learn my flight was canceled without any prior notice. Despite booking directly through Pegasus, their staff refused to take any responsibility, instead giving me a phone number claiming it belonged to the responsible airline, which turned out to be a generic agency named "Air," representing multiple airlines. I received zero support, no clear information, and was left stranded at the airport, completely helpless and frustrated.
Pegasus Airlines must immediately take responsibility for canceling a confirmed flight booked directly through their system. I demand compensation and prompt resolution of this unacceptable inconvenience. Pegasus, stop evading responsibility and resolve my issue immediately!
