Pegasus Airlines Refused to Refund the Ticket Despite Submitting All Documents
On November 1, 2024, I experienced the loss of my father and bought a round-trip ticket from Brussels to Istanbul for my wife and daughter. After I submitted all the required documents to the airline, Pegasus Airlines processed a refund for my wife's ticket but denied the refund for my daughter's, stating that the reason was based on a closer degree of relation. I'm curious about the reasons behind the inconsistent policies that different airlines have. I bought a similar ticket from Turkish Airlines, and they processed the refunds for both tickets seamlessly. It’s not just about the money; it’s about what’s right. The inconsistency in managing the situation during such a challenging period seems unjust. I trust the company will take a closer look at their policies to provide consistent and compassionate support for their customers in these circumstances.
