Pegasus Airlines Refund Request Ignored Despite Medical Report for Child’s Flight Restriction
I have a ticket for a Pegasus Airlines flight from Antalya on November 9, 2024, at 5:50 AM. Unfortunately, on November 6, my daughter was diagnosed with a severe fluid buildup in her ear, and her doctor provided a medical report stating she cannot fly for at least two weeks. I submitted this report and my refund request through customer service, under ticket number 11289130, both in writing and by phone, stressing the urgency due to time constraints. Yet, there has been no response from Pegasus, and my request remains "under review." This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, given the medical basis and the urgency. I am asking Pegasus to expedite the review and provide a timely resolution.
