Pegasus Airlines Lost My MNUK Cubin Bag After Gate Check-In


On 15/06/2026, during Pegasus Airlines flight PC690 from Istanbul Airport to Riyadh, scheduled at 23:55, I was asked at the boarding gate counter to pay for my MNUK Cubin bag. My bank card was not working at that moment, and because I could not make the payment, the boarding crew instructed me to leave my bag behind at the gate. I left my MNUK Cubin bag at the boarding gate counter as requested by the Pegasus staff and proceeded to board the flight. After the flight, I tried to locate my bag, but it is now nowhere to be found. I have already contacted Pegasus Airlines and completed the necessary lost baggage and customer service procedures, but my bag has still not been returned to me. I request that Pegasus Airlines urgently locate and return my MNUK Cubin bag. If the bag cannot be found and delivered to me, I expect appropriate compensation for the loss of my bag and its contents.
