Pegasus Airlines Issued the Wrong Ticket but Refused a Refund or Cancellation
On November 18, 2024, I logged into the Pegasus Airlines system to purchase a flight ticket from Istanbul to Dalaman. Due to a system error, a ticket for the Izmir-Istanbul route was issued instead, which I purchased without noticing. Once I realized the mistake, I contacted the company to request a ticket cancellation. They assured me that they would get back to me, and I received an email stating that I would be contacted within three days. However, it took them 20 days to respond. Despite this long delay, there was no refund or cancellation fee offered. I filed separate complaints with Obilet.com, where I purchased the ticket, and Pegasus Airlines customer service. Both companies responded negatively, blaming me for the issue and avoiding responsibility.
