Pegasus Airlines Compensation Issue for My Flight
I traveled with my 6-year-old son on Pegasus Airlines. Due to some issues, they sold my plane ticket to another passenger as a legal right. I was left stranded. I wanted to claim my compensation rights. They said it was because 'I didn't arrive on time,' even though there were still 45 minutes until departure.
I lost time because they made me wait in line. They deposited only €50 instead of the €100 I was entitled to. The problem is that I traveled with my son, so there should have been compensation for two passengers, but I only received compensation for one. I've been trying to resolve this for days, but it still hasn't been corrected. I am very dissatisfied.
