Pegasus Airlines Charges For Comfort-flex But Never Refund Ticket Fare

I bought a return ticket to Bodrum-Amsterdam from Pegasus Airlines with Comfor-Flex. They charge you extra with Comfor-flex but are supposed to pay the full fare back in case of cancellation. I canceled 10 weeks ago. I called customer service 28 times. Very politely they told me, we will come back to you shortly. "Shortly" of course was not defined. I waited 1o week for my refund and now started getting messages "We have checked you in" This is actually amazing. I lsot £1200.-. Do not use Pegasus, they are not true to their word.
