As a long-time Pegasus client based in Saudi Arabia (KSA), I'm very unhappy with the company's frequent flight cancellations and lack of contact. For years, we've had no viable options, and no one flight has been trouble-free.
Our flight was canceled again this morning, with no prior information. This is intolerable! There are over 40,000 Turks in Saudi Arabia, and I'm not the only one experiencing these challenges. I've filed more than 100 complaints, but the problem remains unaltered.
While those with the means choose Turkish Airlines, we are left at the mercy of Pegasus, continually subjected to their unprofessional and rude practices. Their contempt for client pleasure is demonstrated by their frequent flight cancellations and lack of communication.
I strongly urge Pegasus to review its business strategies and focus on consumer well-being. Their current strategy is not only unsustainable but also ethically unacceptable. They are benefitting from our limited options while giving subpar service.
