Pegasus Airlines Broke My Suitcase and Refuses to Take Responsibility



On my February 21 flight from Sharm El Sheikh to Istanbul, Pegasus Airlines returned my checked-in suitcase completely damaged—cracked and broken. Despite filing two separate complaints, they denied responsibility both times, claiming that "minor cracks, holes, and cuts" are not their concern. But when a suitcase is 1 kg overweight, they have no problem charging extra!
Pegasus Airlines is irresponsible and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge the damage they cause. If they break your luggage, expect zero accountability. I won’t let this go—I’m taking this to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Pegasus, step up and own your mistakes!
