Purina Gourmet Cat Food Arrived Spoiled and Infested


On September 12, 2025, I purchased Purina Gourmet Chicken Cat Food through Hepsiburada and experienced a serious issue. When the package arrived, I discovered that the food was spoiled and infested with worms. Even though the expiration date was listed as 2026, encountering such a condition was shocking and very disappointing.
I reported the issue to both Hepsiburada and Purina customer service, but so far I haven’t received any resolution. I returned the product, yet they sent me the same item again. I initiated another return request and am still waiting for the matter to be resolved.
I am requesting a full refund or that a new, safe, and properly packaged product be sent to me instead. I kindly ask that my issue be addressed as soon as possible.
