Cancel PDFSmart Subscription & Get Trial Refund

I recently discovered a £49.99 charge taken on 9 September 2026 by Wwpdfsmrt/PDFSmart for a monthly subscription. This payment was taken after a 7‑day trial period which I believed to be free, and I have not used the service at all since that trial. When I contacted your customer support, I was told that the subscription had been automatically renewed because I did not cancel before the end of the trial. I do not find this acceptable, as I was not clearly informed that I would be charged £49.99 if I did not cancel, and I have received no benefit from the paid period. I request a full refund of the £49.99 and cancellation of any active subscription linked to my account so that no further payments are taken.
