Credit Card Fraud Claim Over Pdfe.com Unauthorized Transactions

On December 28, 2025, while reviewing my card activity, I noticed that a charge of $56 USD had been made on my İş Bankası virtual card under the name Pdfe.com, without my knowledge or authorization. When I reviewed the transactions in detail, I also saw that on December 21, two additional payments of $1 USD and $1 USD had been charged to the same website.

I used pdfe.com only once to convert a PDF file and made a single payment of $1 USD for that service. Other than this, I did not authorize any additional payments, nor did I approve any membership or subscription. Despite this, multiple charges in different amounts were taken from my card without my consent, which is extremely disturbing and a serious breach of trust.

Additionally, while reviewing complaints on Şikayetvar, I noticed that many other users have reported similar unauthorized charges from the same website. This has caused me to have serious concerns about the site’s business practices and reliability.

Regarding this matter, I contacted İş Bankası customer service, and I was informed that an investigation has been initiated and that I will be contacted with the results. I am currently waiting for the bank’s response.

I am requesting that the unauthorized $56 USD charge be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also ask that the $1 USD and $1 USD transactions from December 21 be investigated, that the way these unauthorized charges occurred be fully examined, and that the necessary security measures be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
