Unauthorized PDF Guru Charge Complaint and Refund Request

On the evening of December 29, 2025, a charge of approximately $50 USD was made without my knowledge or consent on my Akbank Axess credit card ending in 1096 through the PDF Guru application. I did not authorize any membership, purchase, or approval related to this transaction.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I immediately contacted my bank to report it and requested that the transaction be canceled and refunded. Although the transaction initially appeared as pending, I was later informed that the payment had gone through, and I exercised my right to dispute the charge. As a precaution, I also had my credit card canceled. I likewise contacted PDF Guru. Instead of issuing a refund, they offered me two years of free membership, which I did not accept, clearly stating that I wanted a refund of the amount charged without my consent. I reiterated my request to them and am currently waiting for the process to be finalized.

As a user residing in Adana, I demand the immediate refund of the $50 USD that was charged without my knowledge or consent, and the complete cancellation of any memberships that may have been created using my name. I also request a clear and written explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred.
