Paytm Payment Successful but 1win Balance Not Updated

On 3 July 2026, I made a deposit of 18,000 INR to my 1win account via Paytm. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account and I received a Paytm confirmation showing a successful payment from Jitin Makkar to Pranay Ishwar Patil on that date. Despite this, the money has still not been credited to my 1win gaming account. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but they have not solved my problem and my balance remains unchanged. I request that my missing 18,000 INR deposit be urgently added to my 1win account balance based on the attached Paytm transaction proof, and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
