Paytm Money Deducted but 1win Account Shows Canceled

On February 14, I deposited $58 from my Paytm account into my 1win account, but the amount still has not been credited. It is showing as “canceled,” yet when I contacted customer support, they told me to wait 1 to 7 days. However, the money has neither been refunded to my bank nor credited to my 1win game ID.

This has happened to me before as well, and I still have not received the previous $46 amount that was pending.
