I deposited ₹10,000 into my 4rabet account via Paytm, but the amount has still not been credited to my wallet even after 20 days. The payment status continues to show as “processing,” and I am unable to use these funds in my account. The Paytm transaction ID for this deposit is 399699285840.

I contacted 4rabet customer support regarding this issue, and they informed me that the payment is still processing. However, there has been no update or resolution since then. This excessive delay is causing serious inconvenience and has significantly reduced my trust in the platform. I request that my deposit of ₹10,000 associated with transaction ID 399699285840 be credited to my 4rabet wallet immediately, or, if that is not possible, that a full refund be issued to my Paytm account without any further delay.
