Purchased PUBG UC from Dundle via PayPal, Invalid Code Provided, Requesting Refund

I purchased PUBG UC from Dundle and paid €23.45 via PayPal. I received the code by email, but when I enter it on the PUBG site, it says the code is invalid. I want a refund for the faulty code. I’ve also tried reaching live support, but I can’t get in touch with anyone. Please resolve this issue immediately and refund my money.
