I Face Payment Failure for Permanent Ban Removal on Ometv iOS

I tried to pay for the permanent ban removal feature on the Ometv iOS app, but the transaction does not go through. Instead of completing the payment, the app constantly redirects me to PayPal. Even after trying several times, the process fails and I cannot finalize the purchase.

The fee is clearly displayed on the screen, and I am willing to pay, yet the payment never processes successfully. I have been experiencing this issue for a long time, and it has become very frustrating.

I live in Siirt, Turkey, and my phone number and email address are linked to my Ometv account.

I request that Ometv provide an alternative payment method for iOS users in my region (such as credit/debit card or App Store billing) and ensure that the ban removal purchase can be completed smoothly. This issue needs to be resolved quickly so that customers are not left without options.
