Payoneer Verification Error Issue

I tried to open a Payoneer account, but unfortunately, my identity verification was rejected not once, but twice. At last, the verification was successful. I submitted my bank statement for address verification, which includes all the necessary information such as my address and the date. However, it has not been accepted yet. I'm really confused about what they're trying to accomplish. I'm having trouble getting through to anyone. I have to use it for eBay because I have no other choice, and it's really stressing me out.
