On October 15, 2025, I learned via SMS that a Payoneer account had been opened under my name without my permission. The message included a Payoneer verification code (Code: 587085 b043) confirming the account creation. Upon further checking, I discovered that the account had been opened in Canada, which caused me great concern.
As soon as I became aware of this situation, I contacted Payoneer customer support and reported the issue. However, I only received an informational email, with no assurance of action or resolution. So far, there has been no financial loss or unauthorized transaction, but the fact that my personal information was used without consent is extremely troubling.
I request the immediate closure of the unauthorized account, the protection of my personal data, and I hereby declare that I do not accept any responsibility for any transactions or activities linked to this fraudulently created account.
