Payoneer Account Recovery Attempts Failed

I had a Payoneer account set up to start selling. After months of hard work, I began earning money. Then life happened—I got married. We decided together to close our emails, change phone numbers, and I planned to reopen everything once things settled down. But when I tried, I realized I couldn't open a new account because I already had one registered to me, and I can't reach anyone for help. I need them to either close my account so I can open a new one or provide a different way to access it. My designs are in limbo, and I feel helpless.
