Payless Had No Car Despite My Confirmed Reservation

I rented a Hyundai i20 through Payless at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, Serbia, for the period September 26–29, 2025. My reservation number is 615485157. On September 26, 2025, my credit card was charged 6,413.04 RSD (approximately $57).

When I arrived in Belgrade, the Payless office told me that there were no vehicles available and instructed me to contact the rental company. I sent multiple emails, but all I received were automatic replies stating that the company could not be reached. No one provided any assistance. In addition, the staff at the local rental office treated me in a rude and dismissive manner.

My family and I were left stranded at the airport and had no choice but to rent a vehicle from another company at five times the original price. Payless offered no solution, no alternative vehicle, and has not refunded the amount I paid.

I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount charged to my credit card and a full explanation of why my confirmed reservation was not honored.
