Report About Payeer Wallet

I have an account on Ipweb.com that was previously linked to my Payeer account registered with the email address mohsin42.1***@gmail.com. For the last several months, I have not been able to access or withdraw the balance from my Payeer account through Ipweb, because Ipweb has stopped being linked with Payeer. The last time I was able to access or withdraw my balance was sometime in 2025, but after that the connection between Ipweb and Payeer seems to have been removed, and I am now unable to reach my funds. I do not remember the exact amount that is stuck, but it is important to me and I want to be able to withdraw it safely. I have not yet received any explanation from Ipweb or Payeer about why this link was removed or how I can withdraw my remaining balance. I request that my account issue be reviewed urgently, that my remaining balance be identified and released to me, and that I be provided with a clear explanation of the reason for this situation and how it will be resolved.
