Payeer Website Down for 6 Months — I Can't Access My Wallet or Withdraw Funds

I have a balance of 15 USD in my Payeer wallet, but for about six months I have not been able to access the official Payeer website and therefore I cannot withdraw my money. Previously I could log in and see my balance normally, but now I am completely unable to reach the site and cannot get into my wallet at all. Because I cannot access my account, I have no way to request a withdrawal or manage my funds. I request that my 15 USD balance in my Payeer wallet be paid out to me and that a solution be provided so I can either access my wallet again or receive my money by another secure method.
