Apple App Store Blocks Timo App Download with Country/Region Lock Error
For a long period, I actively used the "Timo" application on my iPhone 11 without any operational issues. Approximately two days ago, I accidentally deleted the application. Upon attempting to redownload it from the Apple App Store, I encountered an error stating that the application is "currently not available in your country or region."
This restriction appears to be exclusive to the Apple ecosystem, as Android users located in the same region can freely download, update, and access the Timo application on Google Play without regional blocks. When I escalated this issue to Apple Customer Support, the representatives declined to intervene, offered no technical rationale, and provided zero actionable solutions.
Restricting access to an app that was previously installed and functional—while permitting it on competing platforms in the same jurisdiction—creates an arbitrary restriction for iOS users.
I demand that Apple and the developers of the Timo application clarify the grounds for this regional App Store restriction, resolve the regional lock for the Turkish App Store, or enable access through user download history so I can restore my application on iOS.
