Parts Geek Sent the Wrong Auto Part – Request Exchange or Full Refund

I ordered a part for my 2004 CTS and Parts Geek was clearly misinformed and sent the wrong item. I specifically needed the airbag clock spring, but instead I was sold and delivered a part labeled SWS22. The total I paid for this wrong part was $160, and it was delivered to me today. I have been working on this vehicle for about two months now, and this mistake has delayed me even further and caused a lot of frustration. I trusted the seller to provide the correct part I requested, but the product I received is not the airbag clock spring I needed. I request that you correct this mistake by providing me with the proper airbag clock spring for my 2004 CTS, and arrange either an exchange or a refund for the SWS22 part, without any extra cost to me. I expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible so I can finally complete the work on my vehicle.
