On August 15, 2025, I purchased Prodontax Gum Care & Sensitive Teeth Toothpaste from a market in İnönü Mahallesi, Karşıyaka, and began using it. Two days after using the product, I developed pain and swelling on the lower part of my lip. When I looked in the mirror, I noticed a sore had formed in that area. The pain and swelling have now continued for three days.
When I researched this issue, I found thousands of people online reporting the same complaints. When I contacted the brand, they only offered to send me a free product. I find this response completely inadequate and believe the seriousness of the problem is not being recognized. Additionally, they did not offer a refund or exchange.
I do not accept that this product continues to be sold while similar complaints are ignored. Due to the financial and emotional harm I have suffered, I will be filing official claims and pursuing compensation through legal action. I demand that this product be thoroughly investigated and that my grievance be properly resolved.
