My frustrating experience with Parimatch regarding a withdrawal of ₹48,985 that I requested on March 3rd, 2025. Today is March 30th, and it has been nearly a month, yet I have not received the funds in my bank account. Despite reaching out to their 24/7 support multiple times, I have only received generic replies asking me to “wait patiently” while the billing team reviews the issue. I was told my ticket (789078) was escalated, but there has been no update, no timeline, and no explanation for the delay. What’s even more disappointing is that Parimatch continues to advertise “fastest withdrawals” and “secure transactions” using promotions featuring celebrities like Elvish Yadav, which gives new users false assurance. Meanwhile, I am stuck without access to my own money. I have shared my bank statements multiple times as requested and even asked them to reflect the amount back into my Parimatch account if a bank transfer is not possible. Yet, nothing has been done. This isn’t just about money—it’s about trust. If withdrawals aren’t reliable, how can users feel safe depositing more funds? I hope this public post urges Parimatch to take accountability and resolve my issue immediately.
