UPI Deposits Missing and Not Added to Wallet

I deposited an amount of 1000 via UPI to my Parimatch account, but the money has not been added to my Parimatch wallet. The transaction was made on 23/05/2026 using Paytm UPI, and I have the transaction ID 606698057532. Although the amount has been debited from my side, it is neither reflected in my Parimatch wallet nor shown correctly when I check through Paytm. My registered mobile number is 6301042***. Around 15 days earlier, I faced the same problem with another deposit of 1000 made through Paytm to Parimatch. That earlier amount was also debited from my Paytm side but never appeared in my Parimatch wallet and has still not been refunded. I request that both of these missing deposits be checked urgently and either credited to my Parimatch wallet or refunded back to my Paytm account, as this money is currently stuck. I kindly ask that this issue be fully resolved within 48 hours of receiving this complaint, and I expect a clear update on the status of both transactions.
