Unlock And Return Funds To Main Balance
I am a Parimatch customer using the account registered with the email address pravinna***[email protected]. I am writing because my bonus funds appear to be locked in my cash (main) account and I cannot use or manage them as I should. My request was to move deposited funds from the bonus balance to my main balance, but instead the money is now locked in my cash account. I cannot use this balance properly or treat it as a normal main balance, and this situation is causing me serious inconvenience. I have tried to resolve this by contacting Parimatch customer support, but they have not worked properly and I have not received a clear or helpful solution. I still do not understand why my funds are locked and why my request has not been processed correctly. I kindly request that my funds be unlocked and either fully returned to my main balance as normal cash or that the bonus be removed if necessary, as I do not need it. I also ask for a clear explanation of what was done on my account and for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
