Parimatch Won’t Let Me Edit Name and Date of Birth on Account
I am a Parimatch user from India, and I am currently unable to edit my personal details on my account, specifically my name and date of birth. I first noticed this issue last week when I tried to correct this information, but I found that there is no option on the platform to update personal details.
Because my name and date of birth are incorrect and I cannot fix them, my withdrawals have been blocked. I currently have a balance of ₹9,900 in my Parimatch account that I am unable to withdraw. My Parimatch account ID is 966400963.
I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any proper or helpful response, and my problem remains unresolved.
I request that my account details, including my name and date of birth, be updated correctly and that my account be verified with the accurate information so that the withdrawal restriction can be removed. I also ask that I be allowed to withdraw my ₹9,900 balance without any further delay.
